RMCVB is here to make your group travel planning easy. We offer a variety of services to tour operators, all at no charge to you. Use our services to help you plan and promote your tour and generate excitement from tour participants. Our services include providing:

  • Complimentary copies of our Group Tour Manual, calendar of events and Region maps to aid in your planning.
  • Complimentary copies of our Visitors Guide and rack brochure to every member of your tour group.
  • Sample itineraries and/or developing customized tour itineraries based on the needs and interests of your tour group.
  • Making site selection easier by assisting with the scheduling of site inspections and distributing leads as needed.
  • Familiarization tours of the Region's attractions, accommodations, shopping areas, restaurants, entertainment, architecture and more. Tours are developed based on your needs.
  • An image library of the Region's attractions, landmarks, skyline and other gorgeous scenes. High-resolution digital images are available on our web site, and slides are available for loan. Let us know what you're looking for, and we'll provide you with our best shots.
  • A copy of our promotional video upon request.
  • A database of motorcoach providers, coach services, step-on guides, etc.
